My room included television, a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was fairly clean with bathtubs. The location was awesome, just off Winnie, TX for the Larrys Old Time Days Flea Market, the beach and Beaumont.

Great value, room was cheap, staff were fabulously friendly. The room for the value. The location was quiet, near some of the amazing attractions Winnie has to offer. What's more, there was highway near the hotel. It was very nice time in Winnie.

The hotel is great with new-fashioned rooms. The setting is marvellous and favourable, really close to Winnie, TX, Beaumont and Galveston. The place to have lunch a 10-15 minute walk from the property is Waffle House. Stay here and enjoy your Winnie trip.
